World-class Security Solutions
Ultimate Security Protection Technology
Private Key Security Technology
Quantum Trust adopts industry-leading Multi-Party Computation (MPC) solutions. This cryptographic-based collaborative privacy computing technology ensures that the private key does not appear in its entirety, but rather generates fragmented private key shares on distributed server ends. This approach effectively eliminates single-point risks and mitigates security vulnerabilities associated with centralized control of private keys.
Hardware Isolation Protection
Integrating cutting-edge hardware chips into private key shards and internal controls to protect assets from external hackers and malicious actors, achieving ultimate security protection.
Integrity Verification
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is used to verify user identity, check account and device integrity. Only after passing multiple types of authentication can users be granted access or initiate commands, ensuring secure online authentication.
Robust Regulatory Environment
Mature Trust Legal Framework in Hong Kong
As one of the global financial centers, Hong Kong has a well-established legal system and an independent judiciary, making it a jurisdiction recognized worldwide. Hong Kong's trust services have a history of over a century and are regulated under the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance. They are also subject to the Hague Convention and the Hong Kong Recognition of Trusts Ordinance, providing a high level of protection for trusts in Hong Kong.
Regulated Licensed Institutions
Quantum Trust has been awarded the TCSP (Trust or Company Service Provider) license and Trust Company Registration Certificate by the Hong Kong Companies Registry. We strictly adhere to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance and comply with trust industry regulations such as the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance.
Customer Privacy Protection
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, customer privacy in the establishment of trusts is legally protected. In Hong Kong, trusts are not required to be registered or disclosed publicly. Except for necessary account opening or with the consent of the settlor, trustees are not obligated to disclose information to third parties, ensuring strict confidentiality of customer privacy.
Bankruptcy Isolation System
Trust assets in Hong Kong are afforded strict legal protection, ensuring their independence and effectiveness. Trust assets are strictly segregated from the trustee, and the bankruptcy of a trust company does not affect the trust assets. Generally, a liquidator appointed by the court is responsible for distributing the trust assets in the event of bankruptcy, or the parties involved may appoint a new trustee to manage the assets with stringent internal and external controls in place.
Strict Internal and External Controls
Internal Control Measures
Quantum Trust adheres to stringent multi-level and distributed risk control strategies, implementing white-listing, authorization groups, and limit management to ensure the separation of internal responsibilities for operations, approvals, and monitoring.
Intelligent Anti-Money Laundering
Quantum Trust integrates an automated anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring system with top-tier AML service providers. This system can intelligently assess high-risk account of assets, send alerts to clients, and implement fund isolation measures to ensure the security of trust asset transactions.
Designated Supervisor
The settlor has the right to appoint an independent protector to provide daily supervision over the trustee, with the authority to review the utilization of trust assets and changes to key elements, ensuring that the trust operates in a secure environment under multi-party control.
International Certification
The system adopted by Quantum Trust has obtained international certification in ISO 27001 for information security management and SOC 2 Type I certification for authoritative assessment of internal control measures, security, confidentiality, and privacy.
